Registration Rates

All accepted presenters, authors, and pre-conference participants must complete their registration by 25 November 2026.

If you register after 25 November 2026, we can not secure menu or food with special dietary requirements.

Member Registration Rates

Your registration fee includes access to all conference sessions, the Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner. Coffee, refreshments, and lunches will also be made available to registered conference attendees on 11th and 12th December, as well as to participants in the Pre- and Post-Conference activities on 10th and 13th December.

Payment Policy: Members must provide payment at the time of their registration. No deferred payment options are available for EIBA’s Annual Conference.

Guest/Accompanying Person Registration Policy: Registrants may designate a guest/accompanying person for an additional fee of Euro 200. Any individual over 12 years of age who wishes to accompany you to the Welcome Reception and/or the Gala Dinner must be registered as a guest/accompanying person. Guests/accompanying persons will not be able to attend official conference sessions, panels, workshops, or keynotes, nor will they partake in the breaks and lunch amenities offered during the daily conference program.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Members who cancel their EIBA 2026 registration on or before 15 November 2026 will be charged a Euro 50.00 fee. No refunds will be offered from 15 November onwards. All EIBA membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

EIBA PhD Partial Stipends (Sponsored by the Carlsberg Foundation)

Application Deadline: 20 September 2026

Eligibility: Successful applicants for our doctoral student stipends will receive a partial contribution to enable a PhD student to participate in EIBA 2026. These stipends are available for members who are full-time PhD students at the time of the deadline of this application. Preference will be given to those applicants who plan to attend the pre-conference PhD JHD Doctoral Tutorial or the DVDB Doctoral Symposium on 10th December and present their paper(s) in the conference sessions on 11th and 12th December. The applications are competitive, and not all students who apply will receive a stipend.

Application: Applications for EIBA 2026 PhD stipends will open when paper acceptance decisions for the conference as well as acceptances for the doctoral consortium are sent out. The online application form will require students to provide:

1. A one-page CV
2. Designate a doctoral/dissertation advisor who will email a “Statement of Support” to eiba2026@business.aau.dk

The Statement of Support must be emailed to the attention of EIBA President and 2026 Conference Chair at eiba2026@business.aau.dk

If you are planning on applying for the stipend, do not register for EIBA 2026 until you have received a formal decision on your application. The early registration deadline for the conference is 15 October 2026. Applicants will be notified of being awarded or not awarded the stipend no later than 30 September 2026.
